SKINNY STYLUS EPK
SKINNY STYLUS, son of a Nigerian mother and a Swiss father, has been surrounded by music since birth. His father was a DJ, his aunt an opera singer, and his uncle sang in the first band "Koola Lobitos" of Afro-beat legend Fela Kuti.
The Zurich native began rapping and producing at the age of 13. Since the beginning, his music has been influenced by songs by Nas, Gucci Mane, Sir Michael Rocks, and Three-6-Mafia. Since his debut mixtape in 2016, the first official Swiss trap project, 5 albums have been released, 3 of which were solo.
In addition to his own productions, he has also produced songs with the renowned producer "Hussein 808 Mafia", who has already produced for the likes of Migos, Future and Travis Scott.
SKINNY STYLUS is finally ready to complete his trilogy with the release of "Tüfelsfrucht Vol. 3". The album title is a tribute to the Japanese anime "One Piece" and was produced entirely by Huseyiny and SKINNY STYLUS himself, except for one song. From hard tracks like "Coral", the vibey tune "Montego Bay", the boom-bap banger "Miles Davis" to soulful songs like "Irrelevant", this project has something for all hip-hop heads.
